冷凍機組成及原理圖
冷(leng)(leng)水(shui)機(ji)組(zu)組(zu)成:制冷(leng)(leng)機(ji)組(zu)系統(tong)(tong)、制冷(leng)(leng)劑循環系統(tong)(tong)、水(shui)循環系統(tong)(tong)、電器自(zi)控保(bao)護系統(tong)(tong)、熱交(jiao)換器、冷(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)泵、水(shui)箱(根據客戶需要配置)、自(zi)動補(bu)水(shui)浮球閥(fa)、水(shui)流量開關(guan)等部件組(zu)成
工作原理
機(ji)組利用熱(re)交(jiao)換原理,通過換熱(re)器把冷(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)度降低至所(suo)需溫(wen)度(普通≥5℃,低溫(wen)≥-20℃),水(shui)(shui)(shui)通過冷(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵打入(ru)蒸(zheng)發水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱進(jin)(jin)行(xing)熱(re)交(jiao)換,產生冷(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵吸入(ru)打入(ru)蒸(zheng)發器水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱進(jin)(jin)行(xing)循環。當(dang)冷(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)(shui)不足時,冷(leng)凍水(shui)(shui)(shui)流無法推動水(shui)(shui)(shui)流量開(kai)關葉片(pian),冷(leng)凍停止(zhi)運行(xing),這時自動補水(shui)(shui)(shui)裝置(zhi)開(kai)始工作進(jin)(jin)行(xing)補水(shui)(shui)(shui),可以(yi)通過液位顯示來判斷水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱水(shui)(shui)(shui)位,再次(ci)開(kai)啟冷(leng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)機(ji)組。
制冷劑循環系統
蒸(zheng)發(fa)器中的液(ye)(ye)態制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)吸收水中的熱(re)量并(bing)開(kai)始蒸(zheng)發(fa),最終制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)與水之間(jian)形成一(yi)定的溫度差,液(ye)(ye)態制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)亦*蒸(zheng)發(fa)變為氣態,后被壓(ya)縮機吸入(ru)并(bing)壓(ya)縮(壓(ya)力和溫度增加),氣態制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)通(tong)過冷(leng)(leng)凝器(風冷(leng)(leng)/水冷(leng)(leng))吸收熱(re)量,凝結成液(ye)(ye)體。通(tong)過膨脹閥(fa)(或(huo)毛細管)節流后變成低(di)溫低(di)壓(ya)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進(jin)入(ru)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器,完成制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)循(xun)環過程。
電器控制系統
