雙(shuang)級制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)循環(huan)是在(zai)單級制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)循環(huan)的(de)基(ji)礎上發(fa)(fa)(fa)展起來的(de),其(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)過程分兩(liang)個階段進(jin)(jin)行,來自蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)的(de)制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑蒸(zheng)汽(qi)先進(jin)(jin)入(ru)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)級汽(qi)缸壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)到(dao)中(zhong)間(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力,經(jing)過中(zhong)間(jian)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻后再(zai)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)級汽(qi)缸,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)到(dao)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力進(jin)(jin)入(ru)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)。一般蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)溫度在(zai)-25℃~-50℃時,應采(cai)用(yong)雙(shuang)級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機進(jin)(jin)行制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)。 制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系(xi)(xi)統由蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)器(qi)(qi)、雙(shuang)級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機、油分離器(qi)(qi)、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)、中(zhong)間(jian)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻器(qi)(qi)、貯氨器(qi)(qi)、氨液(ye)分離器(qi)(qi)、節(jie)流(liu)閥及其(qi)它附屬設備等組成(cheng),相互(hu)間(jian)通過管子(zi)聯(lian)接成(cheng)一個封閉(bi)系(xi)(xi)統。其(qi)中(zhong),中(zhong)間(jian)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻器(qi)(qi)利(li)用(yong)少量液(ye)態制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)工(gong)質在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力下汽(qi)化吸熱(re),使低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)級排(pai)出(chu)的(de)過熱(re)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)得(de)到(dao)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻,降低(di)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)級的(de)吸氣(qi)溫度,同時還使高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)液(ye)態制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)工(gong)質得(de)到(dao)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻。
制冷劑運(yun)行原理
進(jin)入冷(leng)凝(ning)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)管的(de)高(gao)溫氣(qi)(qi)態制(zhi)冷(leng)劑通(tong)過(guo)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)管壁(bi)與(yu)盤(pan)(pan)(pan)管外側(ce)噴淋水(shui)和空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)進(jin)行熱(re)交換(huan),制(zhi)冷(leng)劑氣(qi)(qi)體的(de)溫度隨著在管內的(de)時間(jian)加長而下降(jiang),由氣(qi)(qi)態逐漸變成液(ye)態。用風機*風力,使噴淋水(shui)充分覆蓋在盤(pan)(pan)(pan)管外表面(mian)上,從而提高(gao)了換(huan)熱(re)效(xiao)率。噴淋水(shui)和空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)吸收盤(pan)(pan)(pan)管壁(bi)的(de)熱(re)量后溫度升高(gao),部分水(shui)由液(ye)態變成氣(qi)(qi)態,帶走管壁(bi)上大量熱(re)量,濕熱(re)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)份被(bei)擋水(shui)板截住引入PVC熱(re)交換(huan)層中(zhong),熱(re)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)排出。PVC熱(re)交換(huan)層中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)被(bei)流(liu)過(guo)的(de)新風冷(leng)卻,溫度降(jiang)低,流(liu)入集水(shui)槽中(zhong),再由水(shui)泵(beng)送(song)入噴淋系統(tong)中(zhong),繼續(xu)循(xun)環。散失(shi)到空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)份由水(shui)位(wei)控制(zhi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)自(zi)動調節補充
