二、電鍍線專用冷水機對電鍍液冷卻有二種方式:
1.直(zhi)接冷卻(que):即鍍液直(zhi)接通過過濾機(ji)或是過濾網進入冷凍機(ji)的蒸發(fa)器(qi)進行(xing)降溫(wen)再回到氧(yang)化槽。此冷卻(que)方式的優缺點(dian):冷卻(que)時間短(duan)、效(xiao)果(guo)好;缺點(dian)就是蒸發(fa)器(qi)需要做防腐處理(li),蒸發(fa)器(qi)里容易(yi)結(jie)垢,需定期清(qing)洗,否則(ze)影響制冷效(xiao)果(guo)和(he)機(ji)器(qi)運行(xing)。
2.間接冷卻:氧化槽(cao)里鋪置鈦(tai)(tai)管(guan)(guan),冷凍水通過(guo)鈦(tai)(tai)管(guan)(guan)帶走渡液熱(re)量達到降溫目的;若鋪鈦(tai)(tai)管(guan)(guan)不(bu)便(bian)可添(tian)一(yi)換熱(re)器一(yi)邊(bian)走冷凍水一(yi)邊(bian)走鍍液。
